• Since 2014, I’ve facilitated over 100 Startup Weekend events globally, guiding over 5,000 first-time entrepreneurs through an intense 3-day process of customer discovery, problem validation, MVP ideation, and business modeling, culminating in pitches to experienced investors and founders.
• Since 2018, I’ve served as an Entrepreneurship Professor at Sarah Lawrence College, helping students experience entrepreneurship firsthand by becoming content creators.
• Also since 2018, I’ve been an entrepreneurship instructor for an executive masters program at the University of Pennsylvania, where I guide working professionals from concept to launch as part of their degree.

You’ll receive dedicated support and structure over a period designed to allow you to integrate insights and take meaningful action:

• 12 x 1-hour coaching sessions via Zoom: These sessions will be held either twice a month for 6 months or once a month for 12 months, depending on the pace that best suits your needs.
• Structured idea development: We’ll systematically work through the critical questions every founder must answer:
  • Who is your customer, really?
  • What is the specific problem you are solving for them?
  • What is your customer’s core Job-to-be-Done?
  • How does your idea work, and what makes it unique?
  • Is your idea feasible, especially if it involves cutting-edge technology?
  • How will you test your assumptions? (Developing your prototype or MVP)
  • What could a viable business model look like?
  • What are the essential next steps to bring your idea to life?
• Action-oriented testing and iteration: We will continuously identify and design small, insightful tests and experiments you can run between sessions to gather real-world data and validate your concept.
• Document and work review: I will be available between sessions to review relevant documents and work you complete, providing feedback and guidance as needed and agreed upon.
• Text access for quick questions: Get timely answers to brief questions that pop up between our scheduled calls (response within 24 hours).
• Network introductions: Where relevant and possible, I will leverage my network to make valuable introductions that can help you on your journey.
